Horrible service... If only no stars were an option or if time travel was a possibility I never would have had any association with this poor excuse for a credit union. I agree 100 percent with the other comment. There isn't a shred of customer service to be found. I'd get better help from their self service atm than ANY employee there. Pathetic.

Go to a professional banking facility, These employee's are rude and lack any business sense. The man- Erik that handles loans acts as if he is giving you his own money and thinks he walks above us all....the woman, Sue - who is the CFO should have retired years ago. They have an aging Board of Directors that tolerates employee's telling THEM what to do. ....stay clear of this place.....they are so back country.......not worth the drive.....:/
