Needed post-op supplies for knee arthroscopy. Had various choices, didn't know how to determine which were best for my situation. Rebecca was enormously helpful. She guided me to the items in the store, explained the differences, and tape-measured me to ensure one item was the right fit. Then, since I'd recently gone on Medicare, she explained how it paid for one item (but not the other), then smoothly set me up in Munson's system so I could use my Medicare benefit properly. In general, Rebecca was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient - and also friendly, thoughtful, and considerate.
