Purchased the UpNorth Live discounted $195 package for $95. Called and scheduled a 9 o’clock appointment only to learn upon delivery that “all cars” are scheduled for 9 and processed in order received. We had to wait until 3 PM to recover our car as there was one ahead of us. Incidentally, we arrived 5 minutes early. Bear in mind this package is sold as a $195 original price package but we had to pay an extra $25 ($125 total) for our SUV (Honda Pilot) and even with this extra charge our carpets were not shampooed. Compared with our experience with other vendors, the quality of workmanship was inferior. We will not use again!
