TR Heating & Cooling

We had a dual heat pump&gas unit installed from TR Heating&Cooling about a month ago. The work they did on hte outside of the house was less than satisfactory. We were not please with all of siding that was left off after the install. Which they said they would fix but have never came back to do.They would not reroute the gas line, which is no sticking out in the middle of a flower bed. They cut oversized holes in the brick for the vent pipes to come out of, and them just filled them with large amounts of foam! We complained several times, 5 to be exact about a strange noise coming from under the house. The owner came out several times to listen from inside the house. The unit never made the noise while he was there. I get that if he can't hear it he can't know what is wrong. But he never once went under the house to inspect it! LAZY!!! Now on Christmas day the house is filled with smoke. Fire Dept had to come out. Ruined Christmas Day!! Called and his response was"Oh, I will see if I can get by there and take a look." never came by or called! We had to stay with relatives last night. Still no call or any type of concern on there part. i have since called and found another heating&air service that will be out first thing tomorrow. Also called and releaved TR Heating&Air of any further duties. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This has been trouble form the start. Also We had to clean up after there sheet rock guys who intalled the new return vents! Homeowners are not responsable for job clean up! Be WARNED! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not to mention they act like they could care less!!! Had to rate 1 star because there isn't a negative star category......
