The review stated here prior is spot on. The garage Tennet moved however :) There is a no smoking policy on the entire property, including outside. Doesn't bother me, as I don't smoke, but the landlord would constantly harass us about smoking smell from my unit. I moved in to a filthy unit and moved out leaving the place spotless and got back no deposit. My parking spot was always taken. Convenient because the landlord takes three parking spaces for her family. The lady who tutors children from her home is crazy weird and spies on her neighbors. She has kids dropped off 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm so there's a lot of traffic in the back building (building 6 I think). Landlords kids run amok and they must be homeschooled because they are always outside screaming and throwing river bed rocks. Utilities are split between all tennats so it's really unfair. Don't expect immediate help from the landlord, she's always on vacation. Rent is decent for the area, but you can do better

Caution!! Unless you're desperate I would skip Tuscana town homes as your next place to live. The water,gas,sewer isn't on a meter you have to split the cost divided by residents occupying all town homes and by family size. A family of 4 would cost average of 160, which property manager lied about when we asked it somewhere around 70-80. Since property is majority families you constantly hear threw the thin walls other families up and down stairs, talking, and just about anything you could think of. People constantly park in your parking spots since one tenant runs a tutoring program in her home. They also try to sneak away with just wiping old disgusting pee stained toilet remove able seats versus giving you brand new ones. If your AC unit goes out and it's a weekend you're screwed even in 97 degree weather. Everyone's excuse is their on vacation. Property manager tried to threaten us and say AC law which she knew nothing about. So if these things don't bother you in a 10month period then Tuscana is right for you. Oh, yes and to mention and weird tenant living in their garage and just a constant creeper.
