was the jewlery of choice for us for the last 15 years, and we left several thousand of $$$ there over the years. Since the last manager was tyransferred....we did not buy anything there....the new one is just not who you want to manage your properties and even less your customers. Lack of customers respect and trust is really important in your business....It takes years for a customer to get confortable with a jewlery store.....and you guys...in Tracy are loosing customers. I am sure DeVons corporate will not want to hear why and what happened, but my butt will not ever get back in any of your stores. If a company hires someone to represent it....they will have to take responsabilities for the upsides...and downsides. Better screen your managers !!!!, there are many many available persons out there looking to improve your image... Good luck. PS: All the other employees are just great !!!!....is just a "manager" the does not fit.
