        Michael,Tracy- Excellent servic...they came out 2 hours after iI called and had my heater fixed within an hour. I called about 8 other companies and nobody could offer us same day service. I would highly recommend Dell and will be calling them when I need service

        we all know its getting cold, heater would not work and dells agreed to come by on his way home,keep in mind it was 7:45PM on a Friday....This Man get my vote for President...owell too late for that...He was a funny happy guy that made a not so fun event into a experience to remember....remember DELLS like the computer he says
