Big 5 Sporting Goods

I tried to purchase size 12 baseball cleats for my son. When it was determined that the style and size were not available, store personnel called other stores in the area and located them for me. They had them held through the close of next business day, which fit my schedule. I appreciated the effort that was made in my behalf. Good job!

This store lacks in customer service. The people at this store are very rude, as if they don't want to be working there, and don't care about the store's reputation. Every time I go to this paticular store, (Tracy, Ca) I have the same experience. I will not be going to this location ever again. I'd rather drive out of town, to another Big 5 store, and spend the extra money on EXPENSIVE GAS, then go to this location again. What ever happend to treating people with respect? After having several bad experiences with this store/site, I felt the NEED to post this. Something needs to be done. Training the employees, or perhaps send in the mystery shoppers there!!
