Pamfilis Karate Academy

Our family has three students training at Pamfilis Karate Academy. Its fantastic to see everyone's progress over time. The instructors are dedicated martial artists with many years of experience that care about their student's development. I'm very glad this is the dojo where we train. Seido Karate is a traditional style that focuses on self improvement, strength, coordination, flexibility, technique, focusing the mind, and instilling a non-quitting spirit.
