It should all be ZERO - I have never experienced such "MEAN - VERY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE " at a "medical" environment. We walked in and they completely ignored us. Not knowing their process - I walked up to the front desk to sign in and without looking up - the person yelled and said "go to the machiner".
SInce we have never done it before in any office for test, etc. that I've gone too - I was not familiar with how it worked, so it took me and my husband 20 minutes to finally figure out and complete registering.
when they called my name - i went up to the front and again without looking up - this person yells - FIRST SIT" which I did not understand at first but apparently - I was not in the right section. When I sat down - she proceeded to give me a form that i had to fill out. I was ordered to go to Labco0rp by my gastroenterologist so I can take a "breath test" for ciliac disease. On the form - there was a question pertaining to a word that even I could not pronounce "phenylketonuric". when I asked her what it is - she was very ABRUPT TO SAY SHE DIDN'T KNOW AND THAT WE SHOULD BE ASKING MY DR. THAT QUESTION. My husband said something to her stating that since she is the lab tech - shouldn't she know especially since it can be the first time that someone had to do this procedure - and again ABRUPTLY SHE SAYS "I DON'T KNOW!"
How can a person worked in a lab office and be a technician and NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ASKING THE PATIENT TO FILL OUT. NO EXPLANATION NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER.
SO WE WALKED OUT and did not get the procedure done.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND LABCORP - DO NOT GO THERE - ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON 7801 YORK RD. and when I talked to my pharmacist - they also mentioned that THEY ALSO EXPERIENCE THE SAME SITUATION AT OTHER LABCORP LOCATIONS.
what kind of people do they hire for this place?

Went to get a drug screening today and the receptionist was very rude upon arrival. This included turning and laughing with her coworker about me when I arrived at the desk. There was also no greeting, unclear with instructions, very disrespectful, and she began yelling at the top of her lungs at my husband after we made a mistake signing in. I will never ever go to this location again or even recommend it. it was very unprofessional. We just walked out, very ghetto and childish behavior and did not handle themselves professionally. Would never trust them with my drug screen!
