Original Italian Pizza

I called to place an order and was left on hold for over 10 minutes no one ever came back to take my order. So I went elsewhere. Note to OIP: customer service IS IMPORTANT!!

I have to say they have good Cheese Steak Hoagies but watch out for the prices! I was quoted on phone for a Cheese Steak Hoagie @ $7.95. When calling them back ten mins later and the same Cheese Steak Hoagies were $8.95. When asking them how it raised in ten mins I was told that was for extras on cheese steak hoagies which I never asked for in the first but the plain was $7.95. So I ordered a plain Cheese Steak hoagie. When my son went to pay they charged him $8.95. I know it not much of a different but that's not the point it is being honest I called, asked the price and what it would cost. Was quoted the price and charged another on my bank card and that is just not right! Will not go again just for the fact that when I buy I like to know how much it's going to be and not what the business wants it to be at the time! Will not do business again with them and that is a shame cuz I love Cheese Steak Hoagies but their are other places that have just as good Cheese Steak Hoagies with the oil free on the side and their prices never change like this place does!!! Ps.Oh by the way there oil for the cheese steak hoagies is also extra that is crazy! There are places that will allow oil without a price! OIP only allow mayo on a plain Cheese Steak hoagie free everything else is extra. So beware!! What a shame!!!!

The owner refused to honor a pizza, wings and 2 liter soda deal they had posted on their wall. I was denied the soda, not because they were out of two liters but because the owner said is was a misprint. I inquired as to why they had not removed the incorrect sign. I was told because I was the only person to ever complain. She also threatened to sue me for slander. The regular employees have always been very nice.

OIP Towanda went through a bit of slow spell but currently, it is quite good. The staff is friendly and the food very good. I give it 4 solid stars.

This Resturant has good food and the service is swell as well! They have a verity of different foods. They also serve beer!
