Atomic Boxing

If you want a serious aerobic workout this is the place. If you want to socialize and be baby sat while you workout that's ok but hire a personal trainer. The Atomic Boxing instructors will ensure that during the group workout you get a solid hour of heart pumping, muscle burning, focused exercises and stretches. There are as many as 5 sessions per day. Not only will you increase your strength stamina and flexibility you also receive training on how to properly punch and kick the heavy bags. The instructors also use the bags to teach many self defense techniques. In my opinion this is a very valuable exercise experience that I highly recommend.
