        Roger Pelletier, an exacting yet friendly individual, has done work for us during the past 15+ years. We met with him onsite ahead of time to set forth what we expected from his prepping and painting our 1926-vintage house on the coast. As we could afford to have the house prepped and painted only one side at a time, he agreed to do this, being paid each year when the work was done. Every phase of the work met professional standards and the work has stood the test of time. He consulted with us as the work progressed and we would not hesitate to hire him again.

        In my opinion, Roger Pelletier is a terrible painter who is very dishonest. He was hired to do a job, completely failed to do it, and attempted to charge thousands more than quoted for his inferior, sub-standard work. When confronted about this, he lied and tried to bully his way out like a little boy caught red-handed. When his bluff was called, he threatened a property lien: Such a claim from him is as valid as his crappy work. Roger Pelletier provides a list of 600 References which appears to be about as accurate as the Chicago voter rolls; not to be believed. Avoid this menace at all cost.
