        CLASS SCHEDULE:

        (Monday-Friday)

        5:30am - 6:30am,

        4:30pm - 5:30pm,

        6:00pm - 7:00pm.



        Drop-in dues are $10. This gets you access to one SSC fitness class, any scheduled class, any scheduled day.



        MEMBERSHIP

        This gets you unlimited attendance to any or all SSC fitness classes.

        We are a locally owned and operated fitness club offering hour long, small group, functional fitness classes, led by trained and experienced coaches who desire to help you perform at your best.



        Workouts are designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring functional fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Workouts are intense, but can be scaled to suit each athlete's needs.
