I have been a member since high school and I have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the great financial solutions they have been able to help myself and my husband with over the years. Definitely a customer service oriented organization.

I have been with New Century since I moved to Kansas from California. I never new you could get serviced this well by a banking instatution. The employees our wonderul and very kind and helpful. There is no reason for me to go anywhee else for any banking services from loans - checking - savings - and investments. They have it all and are willing to help out at any given time. They really do care about you.

I have been a member since I was in college many years ago. NCCU has always given me competitive interest rates and walked me through the various loan processes. The staff are friendly and remember your name. It makes me feel like my investments are safe and well tended to. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have been a member for 30 + years and appreciate the customer service.

The name may have 'new', but it is the wonderful 'old' style of business that keeps us there! Fine service, name/face recognition, having my info available before I can even spit out the account number, etc. I've moved out of state many times, and have maintained NCCU! They are the 'home' away from 'home'. I'm never far away, when I can just call a 'friend' who can handle whatever item I need handled. My mother, a retired SW Bell employee, introduced me to NCCU and I've been a member since before 1980! I haven't "upgraded" to anyone else, as there is no better than my 'home' credit union.

We've been happy members for over 10 years. You won't find better service anywhere else! Always a friendly face - not to mention their great rates!

The whole staff is very personable, kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to make your credit union experience outstanding.

I have been an NCCU member for about 25 years. When I moved to Hays I still keep my business at NCCU, because no one serves you better. There are not many businesses out there that know your name and have your best interest at heart!

Not only do they REALLY take care of their "family", we - the clients, but they have the lowest interest rates, and....everyone in the office is extremely professional and polite. It is a wonderful banking environment!!!! NCCU always "has your back" and looks out for YOUR best interest.

There are many financial institutions out there that "talk the talk" but when it really comes down to providing exceptional member service they fail to "walk the walk". I have been a member of New Century CU for over 10 years now and they have NEVER let me down. I can expect consistant outstanding member service each and every time I go in. The friendly employees, always greet me by name when I walk thru the door and even have my account number pulled up before I reach the counter! Now that's service! Stephanie, the President/CEO has an office out front so she is visible to the membership. How many other places do that??? Yep, NCCU definitely has it going on. They don't have a red capet in their lobby but they should!!!

New Century Credit Union is comprised of a wonderful group of people that enjoy serving their community. I am in the process of applying for my first home loan, and Vicki & staff are making it an easy process while educating me along the way. NCCU gives so much back to its members!

My name is Jerome V. Williams, Sr., a member of New Century Credit Union since 1986' . We were first introduced by our mother, a Southwestern Bell employee, retired.



My wife and I opened accounts for our children, who are all adults now and have enjoyed many benefits the CU has to offer. Our children were able to establish good credit ratings and were taught the value and responsibility of managing good credit before leaving home for college.



To sit in a friendly and clean office and be recognized as a member not customer, speaks for itself. Our concerns and financial needs always being satified. I was personally touched when we relocated to Spring Valley, CA May 2008' and felt even closer contact with the tellers as transition took place.



We know all the tellers and most of the support staff by name. I'm at peace to have a continuing account with NCCU knowing that members and staff/member can put a face with the account # and name.



My wife and I live over 1650 miles from our NCCU home office in Topeka, KS but it seems like it's right around to corner.

I have been a member of the New Century Credit Union for 8 years now. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this organization is! It seems strange calling NCCU an "organization." Yes, they are my bank...but I also consider them more than that...more like a friend. When I walk into "my bank" I am called by my first name, my favorite teller already has my preferred account pulled up by the time I reach the counter and when I sometimes become "confused" with all the numbers they walk me thru my transactions and offer to print yet another statement. I have also been helped with a loan that enabled me to get a new car and the President herself helped me to set up overdraft protection. When I tried to get my home refinance and didn't meet a credit unions strict criteria they gave me the phone number of a local mortgage broker who gave me invaluable assistance with my credit issues. My NCCU hosts numerous activities throughout the year - they cook me hotdogs, ask me about my next performance in the local theater and every time I walk through their doors I am greeted with warmth, a smile and service beyond belief...and every time I leave I feel special and taken care of. For as long as I live in this community I will remain a member of the New Century Credit Union and will come to them first for all my banking needs.
