        Commercial Not Industrial

        After talking to a very pleasant woman on the phone I found out that they are a commercial (private sector) processor not an industrial processor. Nice lady though.

        This place is great, they have great customer service and they have awesome meat products that you can't find other places. I am sold on their jerky and summer sausage with jalapenos and cheese.
