        Established in 1978 and based in Tool, Texas, West Cedar Creek Municipal Utility District provides water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment. The District serves the cities of Seven Points and maintains and operates two modern water treatment plants and over 500 miles of water distribution lines. Its water storage facilities include three 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tanks and ground storage tanks containing over 3,300,000 gallons. The District operates and maintains over 60 wastewater lift stations and over 100 miles of sewer lines.

        Be careful with C.C,W.D. in Tool,Tx because they charge a BIG BIG water depodit and if you transfer from one residence to another it's $125.00. I paid $150.00 water deposit and don'nt get $75.00 back. Looks like highway robbery.
