        If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We have been using Roy's since 2012 and have recently experienced the worst customer service of our lives. I cannot imagine what they must be like if you are not a repeat customer. Their emergency service and other things they advertise are just gimmicks. If you are looking for plumbing services please look at all the reviews posted on Roy's. Many negative very recently and are very accurate. Make the extra call before committing to them, it will save you tons of time, aggravation and especially $$$$$. Worstt customer service ever!!!

        Tried to give a no-star rating, wouldn't let me. Had to disconnect my wi-fi to get the truck to go away and he wasn't in the neighborhood to do business, his only reason for being here was to use my internet. 9:00 on a Sunday night
