Very poor products, even worse warranty service. Pool liner split after 1 season. First three attempts to get it warrantied were denied, immediately and without reason. After involving the BBB, they agreed to send me a new liner, but I had to pay exorbitant shipping fees. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

To bad they do not have negative stars. The worst company to have to deal with. Can never get anyone that you need to talk to. No one knows what is going on. Very unreliable. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING CUSTOM ESPECIALLY A POOL LINER. THEY BILL BEFORE THEY EVEN ORDER AND LEAVE YOU HANGING AND HAVE YOUR MONEY!! Save Yourself and your sanity use another company and be careful this company has many names. also known as Pool Supplies and some other names also. By the way, IT MADE ME ENTER A STAR TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW. -5* IN MY BOOK!!
