Dick's Bicycle Shop

Had an outstanding experience at Dick's while getting my grandson fitted for his first real bike. Very friendly and professional. The staff adjusted his bike to match his size and he loves it. Thanks to Kelly ,Dick and family for a smooth and successful transaction.

Dick calls it like he sees it. The easily offended, millennials, soccer moms, and others that need a coddling, nurturing retail "experience" should look elsewhere. Dick and his crew know what they are talking about. You just have to know how to ask. I have never left unsatisfied.

The name is accurate. The owner was a condescending jerk. I have never been treated more rudely by anyone at any business. How this jerk is still in business I have no idea. Maybe some people just like being treated like they're stupid. Personally, I don't, and that is why I will never set foot in this shop again.

They are always willing to help me at a moments notice. They are very helpful and sociable also. I have been going to them for at least 28 years. Highly recommended. If all the one star reviews were true he wouldn't be in business for 40 years. RIGHT!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went in to buy a Sky King tricycle for my grandaughter. The owner was a complete jerk to me and my wife. When I asked why the trike was so dinged up i got told to stop being so picky - everything is dinged somewhere. For $200.00 I think I have the right to ask a few questions. I try to support local business but I will never step foot in that store again. Why would anyone support that idiot's store?

I wish I had read the reviews before I drove there. The man was rude from the start. I was looking for a bike for myself and my husband. He was rude and did not help one bit and said I couldn't test ride the bike because I mentioned I had at another shop. Forgive me if I want toto confirm I want the bike and it is in working condition before handing over seven hundred dollars. Super rude. Going back to bicycles and more on George Urban, they were very nice and let me test ride three bikes with no question

Went there to buy a bike for my wife and cant believe the man was that rude.

It all started when I asked for a dicount if I bought 2 bikes, he actully told me that money talks and bull_hit walks,and that he is 72 years old and dont have to be nice.

I also found out that he was sellings us a 2010 model for a 2012 price.

On a good note he did make me shop and find a great deal at niagara cycle !!

All the reviews here are true! I cannot believe this jerk is still in business. He really is rude- went in to ask a question about a bike rack- after being ignored for about 5 min, I asked him to show me how a particular bike rack worked. He said "you've gotta be kidding me" and was really short and quick tempered- I could not wait to leave his store! Never again!!
