I had a good experience the first time I scheduled service for a property. The second time was a totally different story, I confirmed the date and time with Ellie via phone and text, they never showed up. Tenants had taken time off work and were very upset, waste a day for them. Will never use again.

Great company from the Service technicians to the staff in the office.on time, very through and precised at what they do. Can not say enough about their organic treatments. This company knows their stuff. If you want it done right the first time around, these are your guys.

I had bed bugs in my old place and was terrified when I first had to make the call but I was desperate to find out an answer. I met Gama and he was so quick in finding the problem. He helped treat it in the same day and even dealt with my questions via text for days following the treatment. I was pleased with the service the company provided and their knowledge of bed bug infestations.

Fast forward to today, I had a concern about bed bugs in my new place and made the call. Gama remembered me when I called and I got an appointment a couple days later. He again found the problem within one minute. He treated it same day and answered all my questions.

Realized late saturday night i had bed bugs. Words dont convey the horror. Called lots of places and left messages knowing they werent open till monday. Sunday morning saw VSP on craigslist and gave them a call at 7am. Eli answered was helpful and arranged to come that same day at 2pm. 2pm on the dot he was there. He said my infestation was very light and recent which was reassuring. He really educated me about bed bugs. He said hed give me the thirty day warranty even though he only did one bedroom which i appreciate. And truthfully now that i am more educated i know that if they come back it doesnt mean the service was poor, it simply means i carried more in from a movie theater or somewhere that was infested.

They first steam the area(s) then spray with a three prong approach - killing, killing eggs, and stopping the growth cycle and movement.

Really i cant think of any way they could have done better. Eli came on a sunday on time. He was thorough in his inspection and explanations. He did the job and now i can just hope and pray they dont come back....and if god forbid they do, im not blaming them.

Now im off to wash all my clothes as suggested by eli!

This is a no nonsense exterminator. They show up, and do their job thoroughly. We received a few quotes that were much more expensive than Vision for heating or bombing the whole house. Yet, Vision's quote was different. The technician came to the house and described a much more methodical approach. Yes, we needed to so more work, but I just felt that they were smarter about the process. Plus the 30 day guarantee gave us peace of mind. We did take them up in it after I saw a few bugs in a stored suitcase. They did another sweep of the house at 30 days.



It's been 2 months and we haven't seen any bedbugs, and if you have bed bugs...THAT is what you want.

First of all Gama was very knowledgeable about my mice problem. Him and his team are very clean and professional. The day he came him and his team worked quickly and clean, they closed all the entry points that they believed we're being used by the mice to get into my house,also set traps to catch them. Gama returned to pick up all the dirty traps and disposed of them. I was given a very reasonable price. i definitely will be calling him back for any future extermination needs. :)

Right from the start, the first phone call, Gama was willing to come out after 6:pm on July 3rd, he was true to his estimate that he gave on the phone, he left it open at my suggestion, I wanted him to see the size of my 1908 Swiss Chalet style Craftsman home, including the basement and the attic. Gama didn't even flinch, he stayed true to his estimate. I found him to be very much a gentleman, with the manner of an educated person, a college graduate, His ethics and work habits are exemplary and he brought two other operatives with him and it was July 4th, I expect nothing gbut the best from this man andn he explained to me what methods he would be using and brought me up to par as I had spent time on the internet learning what could be done about the bed bugs and I learned most of the chemicals and green ways of doing the job. Gama was not aftaid to share his knowledge with me, no run around at all just plain plain speaking. What a pleasure to meet this kind man who loves his work. Would I recommend him for pest control? I just did---you can't do any better than to call this man in when you have some disturbing critters, he is the right man for the job.
