They advertise that they are a National law firm, but are only licensed in Ohio & Michigan. This is deceptive practices. They do not honor their contracts! They are a debt collector, but when you call their office, they don't always divulge that to you. This is a violation of the FDCPA.

Horrible company! Do not use their services unless you would like to deal with pompous and uneducated lawyers. Check their complaints with the BBB and go elsewhere.
