Had a plumbing issue on a Sunday, and this was the first company that answered their phone. They showed up quick which was the only positive thing of this experience. They pulled my toilet and ran a cable 75’ into my main line and said my clog was clear. When he and his assistant left, there was mud all over my bathroom floor and laundry room out the exit of my house. There was fecal matter on the floor and wall around the toilet. They did not clean up after themselves, which I could overlook if my problem was fixed, but the next day, less than 24 hours later, the same toilet was clogged again. I called and talked to the guy who stated they had limited access to my sewer line and had to pull my toilet which according to him was not the ideal way to clean the line. I advised him that I had another company come out who found clean out access to my sewer line within 10minutes and cleaned my line accordingly. The second company stated they cleaned the line 3 times and found heavy sludge and backup in the line that was supposedly cleaned the day before. Rooter man said they would come out in the morning and look to see if they missed something, and if they did would give me a refund. It has been a week and i have heard from no one. $250 to have a clogged toilet less than 24 hours later and also have to clean up after them is pretty ridiculous. I would not recommend this company.

Rooter Man was on time , had reasonable prices . Was very professional and explained everything to me on terms that I could understand . Would highly recommend Rooter man to anyone. I am very satisfied with their services.

I called Rooter Man today for a kitchen drain problem and they came out right away. They gave me an estimate right away, solved my issues, were very professional, and they were not happy with the first pass of a snake in the drain, so they made a second pass to make sure everything was ok. They were respectful and friendly. They explained what they were doing and the possibility of what may have caused my problem. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I had rooterman our Joel moores because my basement was flooded with 2 feet of sewer water. They did a wonderful job they were very professional and there expertise was amazing. The serviceman Joel new exactly what the problem was and how to fix it when I had 2 other companies out earlier in the day to give me an estimate and neither of them was exactly sure what was causing the problem they had possibilities and ideas. Joel came in told me exactly what was causing the situation and precisely how he was going to fix it with the exact cost of the up front. I have to give this company an A+ for their knowledge and their proffesionilism they did a wonderful job also he cleaned up after himself not leaving me the homeowner to do it!!!! I would deffinately recommend this company to others especially women cause I feel his price was very fair and he wasn’t trying to get over on a single mom of 3 kids like the others were.

I had a broken line and a huge mess in basement. Called rooter man and they were there in 30 min. And in just a few hrs we were back in business! Very friendly and courteous workers.
