Horton Total Services

I am very dissatisfied by their work. The owner is a liar and a thief who has defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. He said he would perform work, and I guess because I am out of state, he assumed I would never find out he hadn't done it.

I have used Horton Total Services for lawn services and painting. Each time I have been completely satisfied with their work. I also appreciate their honesty and promptness. Would highly recomend this company.
