        Promise after promise, they ha...

        Promise after promise, they have said they would call me in regards to fixing an issue with my car that's under warranty. Over a week has went by, two promises have went by (promises that they would contact me that same day I talked to them or the next day) and I have yet to hear from them. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to Brown Mazda for anything. They can't keep their word!
