General Info

Brint Electric Inc was established in 1970 by Ray and Theresa Brint. At that time, Ray was employed full-time at a local excavating company as an estimator and project manager.In 1974, Ray devoted all of his efforts to the electrical contracting market. Because of the growth of the business, the Brint team outgrew their original office and eventually moved into their existing location on Central Avenue. In 1993, Brint Electric Inc began estimating in the industrial electrical market. Today, Theresa Brint serves as President, Ray Brint Senior serves as CEO, and Ray Brint Junior serves as Vice-President.

Our group along with additional engineering services can provide a detailed Arc Flash Analysis to include training for personnel.

Safety and Security

Motion Sensors
Dimming and Multi-level dimming sensors work with motion sensors or daylight harvesting sensors to dim or adjust the amount of light a fixture can output. They can be mounted directly on the fixture itself or remotely. Motion sensors work great in an office environment. For example, after you leave your office a motion sensor can detect that you are no longer there and will shut off the lights after a predetermined time. Once you return the sensor detects that you have returned and instantly returns the lights to their normal light level. Another example where multi-level dimming is useful is in a manufacturing or warehouse application. If the manufacturing area has people present the sensors will keep the area lit at 100% of fixtures capability. If the sensors detect that no one is present they will dim down to a predetermined level. The fixtures could stay at that level so you could still see across the facility or area or after a certain time the lights would completely shut off.
