Sakonnet River Grille

We were very excited about the opening of the Sakonnet River Grille when we tried it for the first time on 10/16/15. The atmosphere is very nice, but our service was not. We waited an hour for two spare ribs appetizers and one grilled chicken Caesar salad. The waitress apologized after I asked her when would we get our food and we still waited. No one ever came over to ask us how everything was, even though a young man did go to other tables inquiring. The food was good, but what we ordered was not worth an hour's wait. We were very disappointed!

Finally opened and soooo glad it did!!! great menu and price ranges. the fried pickles were delicious and we tried the reuben and wrap. fresh and tasty. atmosphere was comfortable. the only complaint is the bar only seats eight people as we usually like to eat at the bar. Can't wait to try other entrees.
