our vist on 3/7/08 was one of the worst food experiences I have ever encountered, the bathroom in womens, stool was plugged. I was there with 2 of my sisters. they in turn told staff member that stool was clogged. I ordered my fish sandwich, stepped back, waited for my sisters to get their order. I saw a female employee walk out the the womens room, black wet plunger in hand. she walked into the food prep area with the dirty sewer plunger in her hand. I took my food up to the counter demanded my money back, and to talk to the manager. the girl with the plunger and the manager came to talk with me. I told the manager the filthy deed I just witness, no comment from her, the girl that carried the plunger said "what was I suppose to do, I am not suppose to leave the plunger in the bathroom?" I stated so you are to carry it through where the food is prepared?" no comment from her, she walked away, and the manager only said sorry, no further acion or comment. my sisters demanded their money back also, we got the money, took comment cards wrote to the company, no response as of yet
