TRENETY Cellphone Repair

My Boss's I phone battery was on it's way out, holding about an hour charge total, so I replaced it. The new battery took out the touch screen when I connected it for some reason. Todd the new tech installed a new screen at an unbeatable price. I know phones and repairs. Todd was spot on. I know the old team (which is gone) and thank God for Todd. He knows his stuff, and doesn't hide from you to do the work. This place is the only place to go for phone repairs.

Please beware of Trenety cellphone repair. I took my phone in for a simple screen replacement and ended up with a fried iphone. They told me they were sending it to apple on May 1st. Apple never received it and trenety continues to give us this run around. The owner "que Lloyd" verbally abuses my husband and I whenever we try to get any information.  It is may 22nd and I still have no phone. She told us yesterday that she just got the phone back and it's not fixed. Now she is telling me she won't fix it. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.

They fixed my Note 4 and cheaper then anyone around and used OEM parts. I went to other places in brevard and got ripped off multiple times and I been to them all. This place they tell you blood raw the truth and if it's something that you don't understand they will explain it and show you what the problem is even open your device right there in front of you if you ask them to. Rate 5 because of the customer service they provide you and knowledge and lastly because they beat all prices.

These guys took on a job with my broken iPad that I'm sure they wish they had turned down. It was bent enough that when they put the new screen on it it did not work. The new screen broke when they tried to fix it. They ordered another screen and did the additional repairs at their own expense. Bottom line is that they stand behind their work. My repair job was abnormal, but during the course of my visits I saw several of their customers pleased with their same day service.

I believe when you are a small business you practice honest business practices especially in the community you hope to gain word of mouth business from. This place is a rip off and is taking advantage of your ignorance. I brought in my phone knowing it just needed a restore and the dude at the counter tried to sell me a new screen which I knew I did not need which cost $172. The phone got restored and is now fine. I urge people to try to troubleshoot their own problems and be knowledgable so you don't be taken advantage of.
