The owner and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I have had many chances to use them and we have come to know them as the ones to go to for any appliance problem.
Recently I was having a problem with my dishwasher, to the point I thought I was going to have to replace it. Pete gave me an idea of something to try, it worked and it saved me a service call and I didn't need to replace after all.
