This company was recommended by my wife's physical therapist a few years

ago when I mentioned some needed repairs to our house. Our roof was in poor shape. I had a short list of possible contractors and contacted Bill at Tioga County Builders who was 1st on the list. After our initial meeting, I

decided we found our contractor. The roof was losing pieces of shingles. I am very good at putting things off and thought it a good idea to finally get it fixed. I had also been wanting a deck out back to watch sunsets with a door installed to get to the deck without walking around from the front as the wife has mobility problems. I really hadn't planned on doing the deck until Spring but I thought the price was very good and decided to go ahead with it too. I can't get the door done until I completely redo my computer room to make room for it (something for me to do over the winter).



The roof is beautiful and I am absolutely thrilled with the deck, its gorgeous and very well built. Its attached to the house and is supported with posts in concrete. A lot of the edges are bevelled. I have watched a few sunsets and got to view the blood moon eclipse from it this morning. I also got a good

price on the door and can't wait to get it installed after the winter.



I have other work I need to get done and am making a list and looking forward to hiring Bill and his crew for our future renovations. I need to send the physical therapist a thank you card for her referral. To find such a great

contractor so quickly doesn't always happen.
