Tinley Park Yellow Taxi

The drivers are really nice but the man that owns the company is really rude and disrespectfull don't have any customer service skills and was a hour late picking me up and got a attitude because I told him about his self I would never ride with this company again and if you have somewhere important to be don't depend on them to get you there on time cause they will definitly make you late and have a nasty attitude so I encourage all don't use this taxi cab its the worst experience I've ever had trust me and they charge way to much I was charged 20 dollars for a 4 minute trip just crazy be aware people there are better cabs with way better customer service

Beware and have a backup plan. I nearly missed my flight and ended up paying for parking because at the last minute I had to drive myself to the airport. Our appointment was for 7:oo a.m. on 6/9/13. I called his number twice to find out what was the delay. My call went to his answering machine both times. I put my luggage in the car and headed for the airport. I finally receive a call back at 7:35 a.m. and he gives me a story about one of his drivers not being reliable. He will not get my business in the future. So Beware !!!!
