        Overall

        I have been calling PS at 708-226-7000 since Monday evening June 27 and tried again on Tuesday evening June 28. I am trying to make an appointment with Dr. Joy Jester. A recording states "the lines are busy, please leave your name and phone number and someone will call you back." I have done this for 2 days and no one calls me back.

        I finally talked to someone this early AM and got an appointment, but not returning calls when the recording says "we will get back to you" is unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is trying to get an appointment for 3 days, and being questioned, "where are you leaving your messages" by your appointment person.
