Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They do not have the biggest selection, but they have a lot of great quality beds and a futon or two. I tested out several beds and one futon and I fell in love with the futon. very comfortable and sturdy. well made and easy to put together. Cindy initially helped me. I think she is a district manager. She said she could ship the futon to the store for pickup overnight. It wasn't shipped, but it wasn't her fault, it was on UPS end. Understandable. Aris, the store manage felt really bad about it so he gave me free next day shipping directly to my house! so I didnt have to pick up the massive thing or anything. They really work with you on financing, delivery, and construction of the product.

I would recommend it to anyone. Also, if you check out their reviews for other locations they are all top notch 4.5 and higher. Better business bureau accredits them and gives them an A+ rating too. You really cant beat it these guys.

When I visited store, we were unsure what we were looking for in a mattress, the store manager Aristides, was very nice and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the right mattress. We have chosen to buy a a MiForma memory foam mattress and we have been sleeping so well. Without Aristides we would probably just chosen a mattress that wouldn't have meet our needs.
