General Info

Located on the first floor of the Tift Regional Medical Center West Campus/Affinity Clinic building, Affinity ExpressCare is a walk-in, urgent care clinic serving patients with minor injuries or illnesses. It provides an alternative to waiting in a crowded emergency room. ExpressCare is open seven-days-a-week and does not require appointments. The clinic is staffed by midlevel providers and nurses under the supervision of the Affinity physicians. It has its own entrance and waiting area, as well as convenient parking.

ExpressCare offers treatment for adults and children over the age of six months for minor conditions such as: Cold and flu Sinus infections Allergies Minor injuries, burns, and rashes Sore throat Sprains and strains Bronchitis Ear infections Urinary tract infections …and more!.

I-75 to exit 64 in Tifton (Tifton/ABAC exit), go south off the interstate for 1/8 of a mile. Affinity Clinic is located on your left.
