PNC Bank

I use a pay card to receive my work paychecks, and attempted to make a withdrawal using a PNC ATM. I have done this numerous times at a US Bank ATM in my hometown, and expected no issue.



However, when attempting to complete my transaction and accepting a $3 fee, I was denied the amount I wanted to withdraw. I was given absolutely no money, and my card was ejected. The $3 the ATM took from my paycheck was NOT reimbursed.



I entered the branch, and first spoke with a teller, who told me it was my pay card that instituted the limit. After a brief discussion, I wanted to see her manager.



I sat down in her office, and explained to her it was not possible my card would institute the limit. She then told me PNC has no amount limit to withdraw money from an ATM, which I know to be a blatant lie. I then made her aware I know there is a limit, and she did not say a word to me.



After this occurred, I then told her US Bank never charges me a fee and never limits to how much of my paycheck I want to withdraw.



This manager was incredibly patronizing, saying that I must not understand how MY pay card works, even though I have been using this system for months back in my hometown.



Not only did I receive a terrible attitude from this manager and was clearly lied to, I never got the $3 that I am entitled to.



I will never give any further service to this PNC, or any PNC for that matter. This branch is not at all concerned with quality customer service, and they clearly do not provide it.
