The Golden Touch Salon

I can honestly say The Golden Touch Salon is the worst place I have ever been to for tanning. When I first walked in I thought it looked nice and clean but upon walking up to the counter the employees were very rude. There was no other customers but it took them 10 minutes before finally assisting me as they were talking amongst themselves. When they finally came over the girl helping me was very snobby and rude. I chose to overlook it and took a facial bed. When I got in my bed my facial screen was busted out as if someone had punched it and 2 of the bulbs were flickering and weird colored. When I asked for another bed she was absolutely amazed as to why I didn't want that one even after showing her the problem. After arguing for awhile she led me to a new one where the room was really dirty. Two towels on the ground, floor was nasty but the bed looked okay so I tanned anyway. Upon coming home I had a large stripe down my back. I called and she wouldn't refund me and hung up. Very Rude! Wouldn't recommend at all. Terrible Service.
