Overall
This is the WORTS place ever!!...

This is the WORST place ever!! I would not recommend this place to anyone that cares for their pets. They say they love animal in reality since they are the least expensive place they try to see as many pets possible to make up the loss in prices. I took my pet for an x-ray only an X-RAY!!! and they kept him for 7 hours. My pet was able to walked in on his own and we had to carry him out of that place in Thousand Palms. I thought he was just stressed and that he was going to get better right away. I figured if they are releasing him; they are the experts right!!! I'm sure he would be ok. Four hours later my pet past away at a different Animal Hospital; I'm devastate it and still thinking I'm going to see my beloved pet again. ANIMAL SAMARITANS in Thousand Palms had put my pet in so much distressed that his lungs got full of liquids - Instead of prescribing him medication that would help him release the fluids they gave him a muscle relaxer. I went back the following day to get the records which they didn't even provided me on the day I picked my pet up they were in such a hurry for me to take my pet. I also requested to talked to the director for an explanation why was my pet release if they saw he was not doing ok they are the experts, they should be able to see if something was not right; her answer was, it's common french bulldogs get easily stressed and that she was very sorry, but giving me an attitude. She didn't see looked that she really care. These types of places should not be open to the public; or they need to change staff who are more knowledgeable and know what they are doing and most important care for our pets. I will never go back to that hospital and will ask all my family and friends not to take their pets to that ugly place. It doesn't even deserve a star from me I had to rate it in order for me to post my comment.
