The level of service and customer care is just perfection. I recently financed a Tesla from this Toyota Dealership. Nate was my salesperson, he took care of everything and made sure that all my questions were answered, and went out of his way to ensure a seamless process. Along with his expertise and amazing level of customer service. Nate was a perfect salesperson and the entire team including the sales manager along with other sales associates made the entire process easy and seamless.
Usually, you only mostly deal with the salesperson but in my experience, the salesperson was not the only amazing customer service experience that needs to be highlighted. Financing the Tesla, I was service by Chad for the financing portion of the transaction. He went out of his way to make sure this big financial investment was understood but also explained and provided me with multiple resources. Overall, this Toyota dealership gets 20 stars for customer service sales, financing, and the overall helpfulness and level of expertise from all. THANK YOU GUYS!

We have bought three cars in a row from TO Toyota. I have always been highly skeptical of dealerships, especially when it comes to service, but these guys really take care of the details. They truly want everyone to be "Completely Satisfied" when their customer surveys come around, which is a frequent occurence. They have a convenient shuttle, weekend hours, and, more importantly develop a personal relationship with regular customers that makes you feel they really care about doing right by you. I have never before taken a car back to the dealer for service after the warrantee ran out, but I can't imagine taking my Toyotas anywhere else!
