I've never used an agency before & my first experience I must say was wonderful!! Brianna is amazing she went above and beyond to help me and was always helpful with any question I had! They helped me look and get hired for a job quickly. I couldn't be happier! They care so much about their applicants! Thank you so much for the help!

I replied to a job posting by Crossroads Staffing on indeed.com. I had never used a "hiring agency" before, so I didn't know what to expect. Well let me tell you, Crossroads set the bar very high! Within a day or so, I was contacted by phone by Robynne to set up a video interview (i.e. FaceTime or Skype) for the first interview. My first interview was with Jessikah, the Account Manager; she was wonderful! Very personable and helpful!! Jessikah kept me informed throughout the whole process. Jessikah was like a coach and cheerleader all in one. The day of my second interview with the company I was placed with, I was offered the job. Very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Great work Robynne, Jessikah, and Crossroads Staffing! Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone!

This "agency" sent me an email saying I was perfect for a job I applied for but then they would not interview me because I don't have or NEED Skype. They wouldn't even do it over the phone. This from a crappy little agency with the WORST web page I have ever seen.

I had a virtual interview (via FaceTime) with Nicole at Crossroads Staffing Services. Nicole was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I had never done a virtual interview before so it was a unique experience. I had initially applied with Crossroads for 2-3 various positions. However, after about a week I had not heard anything so I contacted Nicole. Unfortunately, all 3 positions had already been filled or were no longer available but there was a brand new assignment that had just come in and Nicole set me up with an interview that Friday. I was hired that same day and started the following Monday. I have been with the company for just over 7 weeks (through Crossroads) and I love it! Nicole negotiated a phenomenal wage for me. I am very happy. Thank you Nicole and Crossroads Staffing Services!

I can't say enough good things about Crossroads Staffing Agency and in particular Nicole Reynolds!

At its finest, a staffing agency attempts to place qualified candidates into their ideal work placement. I can personally attest that Nicole takes the time to fully understand the candidates attributes and then looks for the perfect situation to place them. In my case I was placed into my dream position and after 7 weeks the company hired me full time. I give full credit to Nicole and Crossroads for making this a perfect fit for the company and me!

I was having no luck acquiring a job on my own so a friend of mine suggested I apply with Crossroads Staffing. She had had an amazing experience with them so I thought why not! I applied on a Friday afternoon, received a call within an hour and had an interview scheduled right away for the following Monday morning.



I only had to wait about 5 minutes before Kristin brought me back to conduct the interview. It was such a relaxed environment and Kristin made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't nervous at all! The interview was about 15 minutes long and she told me that as soon as they had something available they would give me a call.



I received a call about 20 minutes later saying that a CEO of a company who was looking for an Administrative Assistant would like to conduct a Face Time interview with me that afternoon. So I rushed home and did my first ever Virtual Interview. It was a great experience as well and only last about 15 minutes. She said she had a few more people she wanted to interview and would give me a call as soon as she was done.



I got a call the next day and was offered the job and started 3 days later!! It was such a quick process!! If you are not having any luck with job hunting, I highly suggest you contact Crossroads Staffing. All the ladies there were super nice!! They will help you every step of the way!!
