        Tim Neal Co has helped us out with a bad unit purchased from Sears 7 years ago. I have problems every summer and they always get to me quickly and get it running. I told Sears to get the he** out of my house - I'd have Tim Neal fix it. Always prompt, professional, courteous, and of course knowledgeable!! I'll just go straight to Tim Neal when I purchase my next AC unit...just get me through one more summer!!
