Got a loan through Thomasville office. Paid every payment on time and actually paid it office really early. One Main LOST the title to my truck. Kept ttellin me the state had my title. Had the tag office check with the state. The state NEVER had my title and One Main never even was on the title as the lien holder. Made severalmattempts to call and talknwith someone about this and was told eachntime HE was not in the office that he would call me back. Never got a call back. Finally had to call corporate and explain what was going on. While corporate had me on hold, she called the Thomasville. Branch and, the person I was told was NOT in the office, she had on the phone. She apologized for, (in her own words) the HORRIBLE customer service. AND said he WOULD be calling me in a few minutes. Well, he never called me back. I had to go apply for a replacement title to my truck. Will NEVER use this place again. . I have also filed a complaint with the. Better Business Bureau of Georgia.
