Overall

Hoveln not paying for their $1,300.00 mistakes. They claim no responsibility nor have they offered any payment. I am on my Own and so will be you as this company puts profits before customer service. During 2010 Hovlen installed a 4 ton Geothermal system at my new rural Urbana home. They subcontrated the drilling of four 150 ft deep holes to Fry Drilling. The morning Fry Drilling showed up they proceded to drill a hole through my newly installed 1 1/8" waterline which runs from my well 350 ft to my home. Fry Drilling then attempted a repair using inferior techniques and improper external plastic compression fittings. They should used internal barrbed connectors with externtal stainless hose clamps. The water line started flowing like a small stream out of the ground. I called my water well installer who repaired my water line and stated my water line had been sabotaged in the inferior materials used in the repair by Hoveln's subcontractor Fry Drilling. Picture is of Hovlen Sub Fry Drilling improper repair that failed and cost me $1300.00.

Great company!

Great product and wonderful people to deal with. Had the pleasure of their service this past summer. Very professional! As an added bonus we received a box of cookies from them for the holidays. Not many companies go that extra mile these days. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!
