The guy who runs this place is a complete nut job and will call you harassing you at your work place cell and home accusing you of not paying rent when he doesn't check his books. We had our brand new dryer get fried because of poor electrical work in his trailers. The roads don't get plowed to the main roads so if you plan on living here hope you have 4x4. The rent and utilities are more than bah for the soldiers. Complete waste of money and the gas company he works with for the propane will rip you off too if you decide to move. Stay away.
