        Overall

        I put my mail on hold because all of my mail wasn't being forwarded even after I made an address change and requested it be forwarded. I have informed the companies I am receiving mail that I have moved but some haven't changed it yet. To secure that I was receiving my mail, I placed a hold on my old address because I wasn't receiving highly important items. I went to pick it all up when I was rudely spoken too by an employee and told that it costs money to place mail on hold. I informed her the reason I placed the hold was because they were not forwarding my mail but rather leaving them at the old address. Very rude and wasn't listening to what I was telling her. She just continued to tell me that I needed to stop placing my mail on hold because it costs them money.
