        Overall

        I had an easy transaction, had to send my att equipment back after disconnecting service. I was greeted when I came in & since there were 2 people in front of me, I was told they would be w me shortly.
        It turned out that the owner of the franchise store waited on me. He was very helpful & humble. Excellent communication & customer service skills.
        I WILL use that store again in the future!
