They're a property management company, but I wouldn't say that they are a good one... If they make you promises, get them in writing. I signed on to a lease with them and have majorly regretted it! They have made numerous promises that they have not kept, not returned my calls or taken care of essential property repairs, and have charged me numerous hidden fees, going so far as to say that the paperwork that they 'forgot' to have me sign still counts anyway because 'it was implied'... 2/5 would not recommend...
