Eastern Arizona College has been operational for more than 55 years. Located in Thatcher, Ariz., it is one of the largest colleges in the United States. EAC enrolls more than 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually. The college is approved by the Commission on Higher Education and Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Eastern Arizona College provides various technical and vocational programs, public and postsecondary educational studies, community outreach activities, and related services. The college offers associate's degrees in various academic areas, including allied health, business and public service, engineering and technologies, and fine and liberal arts. Additionally, it provides day, evening and weekend classes, winter and summer sessions, distance learning options, Internet and telecourses, child care centers, tutorial and counseling solutions, career resource facilities, student organizations and clubs, and disabled student resource centers.
