Cargile House Salon

Booked several of the stylists for my wedding about 3 months before my wedding date. I called the week before to get the details and the girl said "Oh, I was wondering if you still wanted us to do your hair." I thought this was an odd thingy for her to say, but went with it anyway. She said they would come out around 10 o'clock to do our hair. I thought this was early for a 6pm wedding but figured the bridesmaids could go first. They arrived late, so I volunteered to come to their studio around 3 to have my hair done so it would be closer to my wedding time (6pm). She was finishing someone's hair for prom and did not finish until about 4:30!!!! When she finished, she did not come to get me and instead I had to go and check on her. She was doing her makeup in the mirror. Needless to say we walked out completely in disbelief. Luckily my sister saved the day and my hair was perfect (much better than what my bridesmaids paid for).



Completely unprofessional! Will never go back. Do not recommend.

Very friendly salon, professional and very helpful on color decisions.All the stylists seem to work hand in hand,confering with each other and good advice from all.Very comfortable,very reasonably priced,a great experience!
