Let's discuss incompetence shall we? Paid off my vehicle on July 19th 2018, today is August 20th 2018 and no title. Contact Morris Plan to inquire where the title is, they state that they mailed the title on August 1st. Asked for tracking number, they state that they do not put a tracking number or deliver confirmation on their mail, claimed they mailed it but only ‘proof’ they could supply was a photocopy of an address label addressed to me, one could just assume that they never mailed it in the first place and quite possibly lost it while it was in their possession. So, we have here a title to a vehicle, a rather important document, and they don't put any kind of tracking or deliver proof on it? They then instruct me to contact the post office because it is no longer their problem since its been mailed. They then inform me that they will send me a letter of lien release and that I can go get my own title at the cost of $100. So, here we are, I have to pay out additional money because the level of inferior mental capacity runs rather high at this establishment. Rather sad as this is the third loan I've had through them and I've never had a problem prior, but hey, at least this narrows down where I will go for my next vehicle loan.

Not a bad bank to deal with. They are strict and make you follow the terms of the agreement. Those with bad experiences have usually not followed through with the agreement. They are a bank not a charity.

we have went to all kinds of places and I had a credit score of 625 no one would give us a loan for a nice vehicle one call to them and dealership told us we can come in to sign paper work and we drove home with it. kids love the dvd player. never had any issues. still wished they do home loans because we have seen a lot of nice home that was best fit for are budget. highly recommend if we could have called them first we would have saved us from some unnecessary credit inquiries

I used this company, that was until I was between jobs, then knowing my payment would be late, they refused it, I went to a dealership not knowing they refused my payment, to trade in my car, due to them not being willing to work with me, the representative I was dealing with, instantly issued a repo, demanded the company have the car by Sunday night(issued repo on Friday when I was sitting at dealership) monday the dealership called and I had been approved with my trade. When the reposession company came to get car, I called police, they verified this company refused all future payments on my car! This all because I tried to trade it in. This is my experience with them. Hopefully people will read this and stay away from them!
